(LOCAL TIME) 1. OBJECTIVES GENERAL OBJECTIVE To develop and implement a training program for 30 Ranger Instructors and Assessors of labor skills of their peers; Ranger 170 nationwide to level their knowledge and support them in the process of certification of job skills by CHILE VALUES, involving 30 instructors Rangers. The target audience are SNASPE Rangers. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES Develop an educational and evaluative design input and output line with the objectives and profile of participants, considering the levels set out in these Terms of Reference. Develop a curriculum for the training of trainers and assessors Ranger labor skills of their peers, along with CONAF and CHILEVALORA. Together with CONAF supported by CHILEVALORA, organize and deliver the training of trainers and assessors Ranger labor skills of their peers in Spanish language. Develop a curriculum Ranger Course nationally to leverage its expertise and support them in the process of certification of job skills, involving Ranger instructors. This support e-Learning is a platform Moodle 2.8 [1]. Develop a strategy for medium and long term that includes the commitment of CONAF to replicate the course Ranger nationally to leverage its expertise and support them in the process of certification of job skills, involving Ranger instructors. Evaluate the process performed externally collecting achievements, lessons learned and challenges, as well as internally, collecting the assessment of the participants themselves. 2. EXPECTED RESULTS The expected results of the Training Program Ranger Instructors and Rangers Executors for Certification of Occupational Competencies are the following: 30 trained rangers and certificates (understood as a certificate of foreground) as trainers and assessors work skills their peers.
