Assignment Description: The Bank Moscow-Minsk, a top-10 bank in Belarus, is planning to attract a foreign strategic investor and launches a tender process for selecting sell-side financial advisor in line with international best practices. Procurement of CCTV equipment
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com ) on March 16, 2015.
Vitebsk municipal communal unitary production enterprise of water and wastewater services UE “Vitebskvodokanal” hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” intends to use part of the proceeds of a grant from the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP) towards the cost of the Vitebsk Wastewater Project.
The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the grant:
Related services for Contract A1.d2 shall include training of Purchaser’s personnel in Vitebsk. Estimated duration of implementation – 210 days from the Date of receipt by the Supplier of the Letter of Acceptance of the tender.
Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a grant from NDEP is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the NDEP grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.

Upon receiving appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, however, no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery. If requested the documents can also be dispatched electronically after the presentation by the prospective tenderer of appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee. In the event of discrepancy between electronic and hard copies of the documents, the hard copy shall prevail.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of: EURO 10 000, or its equivalent in a convertible currency using exchange rate, established by the National Bank of Republic of Belarus on the 28th (twenty eighths) day prior to deadline for submission of tenders.
