The specific responsibilities of the Contractor are performing:

- Check the conformity of the expenditure declared by the beneficiary for Reconstruction and those in the accounting records and supporting documents.

- Check with regard to the rules governing state aid.

- Track the effective implementation of national legislation and EU law in the performance of activities and reporting their cost enshrined in the proposal by the beneficiary, and check the legality of the procedures for selection of contractors.

- Track the effective implementation of the beneficiaries of the rules spelled out by the authorities responsible for management, monitoring and control of the Operational Programme "Regions for Growth" 2014-2020,

- Verification of conformity between declared in supporting documents costs and actions outlined in the plan.

- Check for availability of all necessary details in the supporting documents of the beneficiary and compliance with the Accounting Act and applicable regulations.
