Green and art can complement the whole. In order not to lose the connection to the central shopping area and to achieve the social function of the square, is committed to the development of shops and restaurants on the Market.

The library and the schools get a new building on the Market Square. This should bring more movement and life in the center. On the Market should be the residential function expanded. High-quality apartments and the redevelopment of public space event should square of the Market create a cozy, vibrant and enjoyable meeting place.

With the expansion of the Market as a meeting place, the current parking function is lost. To compensate for the loss of these spaces, new underground parking spaces be provided for collective use.
