AIFS requires an Event Manager to conduct its 2018 international conference in Melbourne on research into families. The purpose of this EOI is to approach the open market place to identify electrical maintenance suppliers with the appropriate financial resources, organisational scale, licenses, skills, capabilities and experience to deliver a best practice solution to UQ’s highly diversified and utilised facilities.
The outcome from this EOI will be a shortlist of Suppliers to be invited as select tenderers to provide a comprehensive presentation of their organisations capabilities, scope of services and proposed corporate offering. Services pricing is not required at this EOI stage.

The University of Queensland has a diverse base of electrical assets requiring maintenance strategies to optimise their performance over the short, medium and long-term. Electrical asset maintenance encompasses:

  • RCD Testing;
  • Emergency Light Testing;
  • Emergency Stop Button Testing;
  • Test and Tagging of Electrical Appliances and Leads;
  • High Voltage Maintenance;
  • Emergency Generator Testing;
  • PV Plant Maintenance;
  • Thermoscan;
  • UPS Maintenance; Page 3 of 10
  • Pole Inspection, Report and Minor Repairs;
  • Electrical Meter Readings;
  • Water Meter Readings;
  • Electrical Testing Equipment/PPE Testing;
  • Power System PLC Maintenance;
  • General Electrical Works;
  • Surge Diverter Inspections;
  • CCTV Systems;
  • Duress / ECP Systems;
  • Intrusion Systems.

The service and maintenance of these electrical assets is presently delivered through various electrical maintenance contracts.

Capalaba State College - Redlands Early Years Service (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for Early Years Services located at Capalaba State College, School Road, Capalaba QLD 4157.

The works comprise the renovation of two existing single storey school buildings (including asbestos removal), landscaping, external works and car parking.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

Tender documentation will be released by Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064 to eligible contractors as per the PQC list provided by DET.  Contractors interested in tendering are to send a request email including their PQC certificate to Ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.

Submissions close on Tuesday, 28th March 2017 at 2pm at Ridgemill Pty Ltd. Level 1, 16 Marie Street, Milton QLD 4064.

The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the construction of a multipurpose hall located at Wilsonton State High School - 275 North Street, Wilsonton Heights, QLD,4350.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.
