Expressions of Interest for the Supply of Water Well Pumping Operations and Project Management Services

The University of Queensland | Published January 20, 2017  -  Deadline February 7, 2017

The University of Queensland (UQ), through the UQ Energy Initiative, is seeking to develop lower cost, dynamic calibration methodology for the evaluation of deep aquifer dynamics across wide areas with sparse data. This comprises field operations where pre-existing, suspended gas exploration wells, which failed to encounter commercial hydrocarbons, are utilised for aquifer pumping tests with a large radius of investigation.

The purpose of this Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI Invitation) is to invite appropriately qualified and experienced organisations (Invitees) to express interest in participating in this project. UQ will evaluate each Expression of Interest (EOI) with a view to shortlisting Invitees to participate in future phases of the procurement process (as set out in section 1.4).

This EOI Invitation does not require Invitees to formulate an indicative financial offer or engineering designs. UQ’s intention is to shortlist Invitees based on their experience, capability and capacity in accordance with the process outlined in this EOI Invitation.
