Provision of administrative, analytical and financial accounting and tax services during 4 years period with an annual optional extension up to additional 4 years.
INELFE is entitled with the execution of the technical and financial feasibility studies of the new interconnection projects between France and Spain. 3 projects are currently under consideration.
This notice concerns the award of 1 supplier for administration and analytical and financial accounting. The provider will be also in charge of tax declarations and will have to provide a ERP system that support multiproject company and approbation flows for work certifications and payments for the INELFE JV.
The Service Provider must provide the following services for INELFE:
— Keep the accounts of the company including those of the French and Spanish establishment for tax purposes;
— Develop the legal documents according to French standards and contribute to the consolidated statutory and regulatory accounts of the parent companies (IFRS);
— Declare, monitor and order to payment of various taxes;
— Manage the invoice control and pilote the payment of suppliers;
— Consolidate information allowing RTE and REE to establish the cash account of INELFE;
— Provide regular reports to INELFE and its parent companies (Reporting package, budget, forecasts, account reconciliation..);
— Provide specific economic reports to INELFE and its parent companies as needed;
— Respond to requests of INELFE Statutory Auditors;
— Follow and execute an internal analytic and financial accounting control plan;
— Provide and manage the INELFE information system relative to the accounting and financial management and to procurement/supplies;
— Provide the tools for cost control for the execution of the project and analytical management control, according to a sub-division compliant with accounting rules;
— Provide ‘in house people’ in INELFE's office.
