The United Nations Mechanism for International Tribunals (UN-MICT) Arusha Branch intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and installation of a comprehensive audio and video delay server which shall be located in Arusha, Tanzania.
The audio and video delay server will be installed in a multi-channel HD-SDI studio environment in support of a Court infrastructure. The audio and video delay server will be used to provide a 30 minute delayed lossless HD-SDI signal with embedded audio. In addition, the delay server should provide for simultaneous “live” editing in both audio and video signals without interrupting ingest and playout activities. The delay server will operate with minimal supervision and therefore it is mandatory for it to start recording as soon as the server is booted and continue to loop record until the server is shutdown.
The supply of goods will be limited to the shipment and delivery of the equipment to the project location.
The UN-MICT seeks expressions of interest from qualified companies for the supply and installation of a comprehensive audio and video delay server. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including company details and experience. Please submit your response to the EOI by email, fax or post using the attached form. All responses will be kept strictly confidential.
Please note that this EOI is not a solicitation, a detailed requirement specification will be provided to invited vendors in the solicitation document. Please note that responding to this EOI does not guarantee that your company will be invited to the forthcoming solicitation that will be issued. A list of companies to be invited will be established subsequent to the review and analysis of the responses to this EOI exercise.
The UN-MICT reserves the right to change or cancel this EOI at any time.
