1.Przedmiotem contract is the supply and installation of gym equipment outside the area of Stare Babice, which consists of: 1) Task 1 - Design of external Kwirynowie, 2) Task 2 - Design of external Zielonki Parcele, 3) Task 3 - Design of the external Borzęcin big. 2.Przedmiot order is described in detail in the Terms of Reference and project documentation. 3.Przedmiot order includes performing m. In. the following works and activities: 1) the delivery and installation of equipment outside of the gym for each location; The Contractor is obliged to provide the device with the following colors: pylons - yellow (PANTONE 116 CV or similar color), the remainder of devices - blue (PANTONE 3005 CV or similar color); 2) reclamation lawns; 3) obtaining a certificate in accordance with applicable standards (including the standards of the group PN-EN 1176) for the work done and installed equipment; 4) within the task 3 Contractor undertakes to transfer the two benches and one basket in the place indicated by the Employer in the Square Chopin Borzęcin big. 4.Przed signing a protocol of the Contractor is obliged to prepare and deliver to the Employer as-built documentation (together with the certificate on the work done and installed equipment) and inventory surveying (Employer accepts that on the day of receipt of the Contractor presented sketches surveying with the confirmation of the application submission inventory geodesic to mapping in the map repository and delivered it after mapping). 5.Warunki execution of the order: 1) The Contractor undertakes, in the execution of the contract, to the appropriate organization of work so as to ensure timely executed. 2) The Contractor agrees to delegate the work related to the implementation of the contract staff with the necessary experience, authority and qualifications, particularly those identified in the Contractor's offer. Contractor on its own determine and agree on the location of site facilities, protect them from access by third parties and shall bear the costs related to its maintenance and liquidation. 4) The Purchaser does not provide access to the media in the course of the work, the Contractor on its own ensures his access to water and electricity, and bear the costs of their consumption. 5) Since the protocol acquisition of land the site until the completion of the work the Contractor will be responsible for the general principles for the damage caused in the area. If you do not comply with the foregoing Purchaser may order repair of damaged equipment to another contractor at the expense and risk of the Contractor. If you do not comply with the foregoing the Employer may intend to restore greenery to another contractor at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 8) The Contractor shall be responsible for the security of the performance of the contract, in particular the conditions for the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians within the work performed. If you do not comply with the foregoing Purchaser may order their removal to another contractor at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 10) The quality of materials used and work performed is the responsibility of the Contractor. 11) The Contractor shall bear full civil liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the performance of duties by the Contractor under this contract and moreover for damages caused to third parties as a result of or in the course of the work. 12) The Contractor shall bear full civil liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the performance of the subcontractor obligations arising from this contract. 13) Defects revealed during the reception and all warranty repairs will be removed within a period specified by the Purchaser. In the event of failure to comply with the foregoing Purchaser may order ordering the land to another contractor at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 15) Loans for the works commissioned by the Employer to another contractor at the expense and risk of the Contractor will be deducted from the invoice of the Contractor, to which the Contractor agrees. 16) Before signing a protocol of the Contractor is obliged to prepare and deliver to the Employer as-built documentation. 17) Completion of the work will be confirmed acceptance protocol signed by the Employer and the Contractor. 18) The Contractor shall be responsible for the consequences and for the results in: a) the organization and work, b) safeguard the interests of third parties, c) environmental protection, d) conditions for occupational health and safety, e) the organization and maintenance of facilities construction, f ) the safety of pedestrian environment construction,
