Riksantikvaren would like to start a long term project of environment monitoring the effects and consequences of climate changes on our oldest and most valuable buildings; buildings from the middle ages and buildings in Røros and at Bryggen in Bergen.

A periodical registration of selected buildings shall be carried out in order to monitor the effects and consequences of climate changes. Individual building parts and areas of buildings shall be monitored in order to document any changes. The registrations shall concentrate on building parts where any damage can be reasonably attributed to climate changes and the monitoring shall be on the old parts of the buildings.

The Norwegian Environment Agency shall have an overview of the environmental condition and development, assess the significance of emissions from various sources, and, in co-operation with other knowledge environments, develop and communicate environmental knowledge. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is responsible for carrying out the environment project Hjerkinn PRO, which consists of returning Hjerkinn shooting range to a protected area and national park on Dovrefjell. The project is now in its last phase, as the project has been ongoing since 2006. There is an immediate need to establish a new framework agreement with a civil helicopter company, which shall primarily support the mine clearance project with reconnaissance from the air and the transport of clearing crews.

The helicopter shall assist Hjerkinn PRO for an estimated 7 weeks in 2017. Weeks 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 36 and 38, the work hours, which will consist of both the flight time and stand-by time, will be approx. 56.5 hours per week. Option for equivalent call-offs for 5 to 8 weeks per annum in 2018-2020.

The Cultural History Museum's shops at the History Museum and the Viking Ship Museum procure products for approx. 7 500 000 NOK per annum. Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of contract 163-BYM-2016 Ski track groomer Linderudkollen.

The Contracting Authority is responsible for administration and operation of Oslo municipality's streets, roads, forests, agricultural and recreational areas, central parks and larger, connected free-areas, including hiking tracks, the islands and the beach zone.

The Contracting Authority administers and operates 105 km floodlit tracks and 250 km ski tracks in the municipal forest.

The Contracting Authority also administers and operates the sports facilities in the municipal forest, including the Holmenkollen National Arena, the Linderudkollen ski jump and cross country facility.

The Linderudkollen ski facility comprises a cross country facility with approx. 5 km tracks with 10 metres track width for cross country classic and free-style techniques, a stadium area and an area for ski play. The ski facility is operated on artificial snow partly stationary made, and partly distributed with movable snow guns along the ski tracks. Natural snow is prepared subsequent to snowfall.

The ski facility also comprises ski jumps, in the sizes from K-point (critical point) K10, via K20, K40 to K70 as the largest ski jumping hill. The ski jumping hill is also mainly operated on artificial snow, supplemented with natural snow throughout the winter season. The machine shall as a minimum have 2 seats with a separate driver's cabin.

The machine shall otherwise be self-propelled and not additional equipment for a different operation unit.

K654 Processing facility for the containment aquariums.

The Veterinary Institute's move and the joint localisation and merging of NVH and UMB at Campus Ås gives a unique possibility to develop an eminent milieu for education and research within Life Sciences in Norway. The merger of the institutions to one new university and proximity to the Norwegian Veterinary Institute shall allow for an expert professional environment where professional synergies and an identity creating, future orientated and broad professional community are in focus.

Contract K654 a processing facility, the containment aquarium, is a turnkey contract which shall include engineering design, delivery, installation, and implementation of a processing facility for the containment aquarium. The processing plant and the aquarium shall be established at Campus Ås (SLP). The flow facilities shall be used for implementing infection tests with salmons, including tests involving feeding, as well as for other type of species, the entire year. Tests involving GMO's (genetically modified organism) shall be implemented the entire year. The Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) shall be used for monitoring fish with unknow contamination status over a long period, with reduced water costs.

The assignment is organised as a turnkey contract and will be ased on NS 8407 with the clarifications and changes in Statsbygg's turnkey contract book.

National tests have been carried out annually since 2004 on approx. 180 000 pupils. The national tests in reading and math are carried out for the 5th, 8th, and 9th years. The national English tests are carried out for the 5th and 8th years.

The objective of national tests is to provide the school knowledge about the students' skills in reading, math and English. The information generated from the tests shall form a foundation for ongoing evaluations and quality development for all levels in the school system. The results can in certain cases also be used for research.

The Ministry of Education and Research has given the Directorate of Education responsibility for administering the test system in Norway. The Directorate enters into contracts for assignments for the development of tests with material with professional environments with competence in tests at national centres and university and university college environments.
