In anticipation of the renovation project for the realization of a Neonatology IC / HC of LUMC, has been chosen for the design of a Neonatology IC / HC on one floor. After the conversion the neonatology department is positioned on the J7 P floor and the neonatology department consists of: • 16 one-person rooms incubator; • 1 gesluisde one person incubator chamber; • 4 twin rooms incubator end, LUMC examines a modular workstation layout with the principles: • all necessary equipment as much as possible from the ground up; • transparent, uniform organized and easily accessible for caregivers; • All necessary equipment is easy to use, secure and adjustable in height; • stable, yet flexible in space; • quiet look of the room; • (legal) guidelines are leading; • Use product innovations and application of the latest in technology. The subject of this European tender is to select one contractor for delivery of storage and server equipment and associated specific (storage) software, including support. The supplier shall also provide advisory and management services and managed services. The advisory, management services and managed services are optional to decline by participating UMCs (being the Academic Medical Center (AMC), Erasmus Medical Center (UMCR), Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC), the University Medical Center Groningen ( UMCG), the University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht), the Maastricht University Medical Centre (MUMC +) and the VU University Medical Center (VUmc).

In addition, the contractor should be able to deliver its cloud services in the field of storage and computing. Depending on the sensitivity of the data should thereby be able to choose the UMC for an on-premise, off-premise or a hybrid solution.
