The purpose of the tender is to conclude one (1) agreement with one (1) contractor for the provision of sanitary facilities and associated sanitation supplies based on a lease construction (including related services) that meets all specifications, requirements and commitments, for the municipality of Hilversum.
An agreement for the initial duration of four (4) years. With a possible extension of up to three (3) times up to twelve (12) months. The scheduled entry date of the agreement is 26.2.2018.
The following sanitary facilities must be delivered, installed and maintained by the contractor in the sanitary facilities, the pantries and in the large kitchens of the contracting authority:
- antibacterial dispensers;
- Female hygiene boxes (Non Touch);
- towel dispensers paper (loose sheets);
- towel rack cotton (single);
- towel rails cotton (single and non touch);
- air fresheners;
- odor neutralizers;
- toilet brush garniture;
- toilet cleaners;
- Soap dispensers (foam / foam).
Furthermore, the contracting authority wishes to work with a contractor to ensure that the delivery and related services are carried out according to the following objectives:
- high quality products and very good related services;
- uniformity in appearance sanitary facilities;
- suitable at the various locations of the municipality of Hilversum;
- respect for human and environment
The scope of the contract is estimated at: 45 000 EUR per year (excluding VAT).
