The contract involves the supply of servers and storage and providing support both to the components to be supplied as in the existing environment.

The server and storage environment is reduced to zero in 2022. In the meantime, have yet to be delivered components and maintained.

For this year we expect for half a million (500 000 EUR) to invest in it, then it will gradually decrease. Support on the environment continues throughout the duration of the contract.

The Environment Department Southeast Brabant (the contracting authority or ODZOB) has chosen to follow a European call for tenders by open procedure to come in this way to an agreement for the provision, implementation and maintenance of a web application in respect an Energy Management System (hereinafter: EMS).

Purpose of the contract

Through this tender the contracting authority wants to purchase a web application to access an application that allows a systematic and proper management of the local registry, and energy monitoring (automated) control of the billing process can be performed. This should lead to savings in energy costs commensurate least capable of operating costs of use of the application and the costs of contract management.
