Public notice exploratory for expression of interest for the concession of the management of the Municipal Sports Centre of Via Brodolini 1 in Nova Milanese, pursuant to art. 27 and 30 of Legislative Decree no. 163/2006.

The aforementioned sports center covers area of 66 600 m², net of external parking; consists of the following facilities owned by the city: - a beach volleyball court, - 2 synthetic turf for the game of tennis, - an indoor multi-purpose synthetic turf for games of tennis and volleyball - a field covered in synthetic grass for football to 5, - two outdoor courts with synthetic grass for the game of soccer to 5, convertible into a field for soccer 7, - a grass field for football to 11 with athletics track and grandstand , with changing rooms and services, - a red clay court for football at 11, - 2 covered bocce courts located within the new building services, with changing rooms and services, - a gym, modest in size, located in the old building changing rooms, - equipped areas for free play (children's play area, skateboard area, basketball area). In the Sports Centre are also the following buildings owned by the city: - villa toschi, currently home to Novi associations, municipal Informagiovani (service contract), the day center for disabled (in management to special company consortium) and music rehearsal, - new building services where there are toilets and changing rooms, the fields covered bowls and a space currently used as a bar area, includes a property previously allocated to the keeper's house and currently free, - covered stand at the service of the field football to 11 budding with changing rooms and services. Will be charged to the dealer: - supervision, custody the opening and closing of the municipal sports center, - the definition of the plan of use based on the collection of applications in use, - the organization of activities to promote sports and of recreational activities / association, - the management of the music rehearsal, - routine maintenance, including maintenance of the plants (for example - not exhaustive - central heat, air heating, ventilation and hot water production systems, electrical systems and safety devices), - cleaning and sanitation of the environment, - maintenance of green areas that belong to the center, - utilities, permits, licenses, garbage fee, - activities of administration of foods and drinks, sale retail and merchandising,
