Subject of the Contract is the provision of "Contact Center Services".
Subject of the Contract is the provision of "Contact Center Services' relating to:
- Requests for assistance incoming (inbound), telephone and written;
- Outbound telephone campaigns (outbound);
- Back office services, instrumental to service.
For a detailed description of the services the Contractor requests, requirements, terms and rules for the implementation of the same, please refer to the Technical Specifications and the Contract Scheme.
The total amount of the base bid, can not be overcome within the tender they will be excluded, it amounted to € 5,321,185 (five million trecentoventunomilacentottantacinque), excluding VAT.81/2008 amended and detailed information regarding the specific risks in the environment in which the staff in charge will work in and the precautionary and emergency measures to be taken in relation to the activities to be carried out. 9, "the service start», the Technical Specifications). 216 (entitled 'Transitional and coordination provisions'), paragraph 11, third sentence, of the Code, shall be borne of the Buyer publication costs incurred by InfoCamere, previously estimated at approximately 3 000 EUR (three thousand euros).
II Service will have a maximum duration of 26 (twenty-six) months, of which the first two (2) month period from the date of signing of the contract, shall be construed as the maximum limit for starting the service, while the following 24 (twenty-four ) months - from the date of the acceptance protocol signed by the parties - regarding the provision of contact center services.
InfoCamere reserves to give early start to the benefits covered by this contract, for justified reasons of urgency.
