The service is broken down into 2 lots.
Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate public contract.
Public tenders awarded by open tender in application of Order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 as amended and Articles 25, and 66 and 68 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 as amended.
Duration of each contract: 54 months from the service order.
Provisional date for notification of the markets: 25.1.2018.
(These markets follow a first phase of studies launched in 2014 and related to land and environment).
Lot 3: Parcel Project and Related Work.
Lot 4: Hydraulic study and impact study.
The operation of Troyes champagne metropolis waste collection and waste collection and treatment.
A site visit is mandatory for candidates wishing to answer lot 1 and optional for other lots.

no site visit will be organized outside the four dates above.
The purpose of this contract is to define the technical conditions according to which the agglomeration community of Troyes Champagne Métropole (Tcm) entrusts to a service provider the management of 5 of its 7 waste disposal centers (2 waste management centers being managed on a fee-for-service basis).
The holder of this lot will be considered under the legislation as an operator of classified installations for the protection of the environment.
The human, material and logistical resources used must be sufficient, consistent and adapted to the characteristics and requirements of the service.
The purpose of this contract is to collect and treat the waste commonly referred to as "bulky" or "all-comers" coming from the community's waste disposal sites but also to other sites in the agglomeration's territory (eg communal technical services). .
This contract is for the collection and recovery of rubble for the community.
The main collection sites are the waste disposal centers.
