The consultation aims to entrust to an external provider a computer assistance mission, among others, telephone with departmental services. For security reasons and for better coordination with the management of digital solutions (DSN), the mission will be exercised in the premises of the Department.
Benefits include the holder to support all requests for interventions and incidents in all current and future areas managed by the digital solutions Directorate namely the digital environment including user work (computers, monitors phones ?.), office software, business software, video conferencing and the entire IT and telephony infrastructure.
