The housing project is built on a parcel cadastral survey section CH No. 481, with a capacity of 2480 m2, located 16 Marnata street on the Town of Toulon. The medium is urbanized, in the heart of the agglomeration of Toulon, in the district of Saint-Jean du Var. Currently existing buildings on the parcel are to be demolished and broken down as follows: - A main building in R + 2 - A garage building and Restoration R + 0 - A Building Lavoir + Well R + 0 The planned program this grip covers: - Asbestos removal and demolition of existing buildings on the land easement (Note: the diagnostic work before asbestos, lead and termites is underway and results are not yet known) - The realization of a property with a maximum height of 18 meters and consists of: - 40-50 units for a floor area of 3000 m2 in accession - Regulatory PLU parking comply with the requirements. - The VRD facilities and green spaces.
