Haderslev Municipality and Region of Southern Denmark invites interested consultants to writing to submit an application for pre-qualification for participation in the limited supply of construction management in the construction of the Health Haderslev. The contract covers the provision of project management, including project review of the project proposal and control of the main project in the performance of health Haderslev. For the task is associated with the following advisers responsible for the contracting, technical supervisor and co-ordination of the work environment: Total Counselor KPF A / S During Advisor Drias A / S During Advisor Esbensen Consulting Engineers A / S. The two builders want a construction management, independent / impartial in relation to these other consultants on building project. Total Consultancy Agreement with KPF A / S concluded on the basis of EU procurement. Together with the contract value of total consultancy contract is construction management contract EU tender liable, even if the contract value of construction management job is not in itself exceed the thresholds for EU tenders. The project is planned offered in trade contracts. The construction is carried out in Clausensvej 3 and 5 of Haderslev with a total size of the acc. BBR of 12 492 m 2 and is made up of two adjacent land registers - Clausensvej 3, matr. No. 1031 to 6400 m2 and - Clausensvej 5, matr. No. 4740 of 6492 m2. There is new construction and the building is scheduled for approximately 5,000 gross square meters. For the task provides an overall economic framework excl. VAT at 58.9 million DKK excl.
