EA is a department of Culture, Technical, Environment and Labour Administration (KTMA) that drives and maintains municipal buildings. The tasks are varied, but primarily include operating and maintenance tasks, and framework agreements must contribute by supporting Property Department's objective to create an optimal environment for building users, citizens and employees. Hvidovre Municipality intends to conclude framework agreements for operating and building maintenance in the following nine lots. - Lot 1, Electric works, including low voltage - Lot 2, Glazing works - Lot 3, Flooring Works, including linoleum and vinyl floors, sanding, refinishing wood floors - Lot 4, Sewer and liner, including a concrete worker and paving - Lot 5 , Painter Works - Lot 6, Bricklayers, including tile and tile work - Lot 7, plumbing and gasarbejder, including technical insulation and plumbing - Lot 8 Ventilation (establishment, replacement and repair tasks) - Lot 9, roofing contractors. The total annual volume of the lots is estimated at 10 000 000 DKK. VAT. Hvidovre reserves the right to extend the framework agreement for up to 2 x 12 months. Specific tasks in the framework agreement period will be assigned one of the following two methods: - tasks under one of Hvidovre fixed threshold will be awarded following a cascade model - for tasks above the established limit, there will be a mini competition among suppliers on the respective lot. It should be noted that it is only possible to send one request for prequalification per lot per. company or consortium, but the same company or consortium is free to bid on several lots. Prequalified applicants will be awarded a framework agreement on: - Lot 1 (Electrical works, including low voltage) - Lot 4 (Sewage and liner, including soil and concrete work and paving) - Lot 7 (plumbing and gasarbejder, including technical insulation and plumbing ) Hvidovre will demand copies of relevant certificates concerning the framework agreement is concluded and may at any time ask for documentation. Hvidovre can anytime ask for documentation. The following tasks are not included in this contract: - carpentry and joinery tasks - building management and energy management systems - technical service agreements in alarm, ventilation, elevator inspection - Esco projects - IT cabling. DeMars is Defence's ERP system based on SAP. DeMars Operation and Maintenance Department (DR) in FKIT is rated to perform operation and maintenance tasks in connection with the Defence SAP solution DeMars. Specialist knowledge in SAP is also anchored by consultants who solves problems in DV on an equal footing with the department's other employees. This description includes DeMars PM section included in DV. The task is handled by two departments: DeMars Development Department and DeMars Operation and Maintenance Department. Operation and maintenance of the system is outsourced to external system responsible supplier. The role of project, including responsibility for the delivery of IT-related supplies, in relation to the development of DeMars, covering the areas of HR, finance, logistics, establishment, BI and the technical platform, and integration with external systems. The sought-after consultants must provide assistance for project management of IT supplies for a business project, and, in this context assist with the provision of the following tasks: 1) Planning for and ensure that the IT-related supplies delivered on time and in agreed quality 2) Contribute to the preparation of business decision basis for projects, including through the involvement of external suppliers 3) Ensuring documentation of solutions 4) Management of resources including staff from Defence IT Informatics Service and external suppliers as well as development and test environments 5) Transfer of project the operation and contribute to the successful deployment.
