The division of the Ministry of Rural Development, Environment and Agriculture (MluI) Brandenburg is characterized by complex tasks and activities with different and specialized skill requirements. To further increase the management efficiency a critical appreciation of the organizational structures of the business sector with regard is necessary to lay the foundations for the further modernization of agricultural and environmental management, so that this is both the challenges of the future growth and in line with the requirements for human resources further development of the state administration is. This review will be based on a comprehensive organizational assessment and evaluation of the division described in greater detail in the specification. Furthermore, there is a coalition agreement, which states undergo the task and locations of facilities at conservation administrations at regional and local level cross-country comparability. This comparison is to be integrated into the organizational study. The project is divided into 2 multiagency subprojects. The Project 1 includes the responsibilities of general administration and agriculture, subproject 2 the remit of the Environment. The studies of both subprojects are to be matched with each other and combine to form an overall result.
