This award includes explicitly any new development of the corporate identity and the corporate design of the entire group in the aforementioned activities.

Service design takes center stage - consequently, the identity of mediation not only purely formal, but increasingly on services, content (content).

We are looking for external agency partners with service-focus and extensive experience in the areas of:

- Corporate identity / corporate design and brand;

- Digitization: UX / UI and Service Design.

The range of tasks is advertised over two lots.

Lot 1 mainly comprises the support of the department in carrying out their three main functions a) to c), which are described below.

a) support and further corporate identity / corporate design.

The tasks can strategic medium to be induced long-term or very short notice and can not be planned incurred partly high time and cost pressures.

b) Documentation: Maintenance and development of marketing portal.

The hardware structure is to ensure accordingly - hosting is done currently by the agency.

c) quality control and approval processes.

The project includes:

1. the design, commissioning and maintenance (content and technical) of an information portal with article pages to non-halogenated refrigerants

2. the creation of content with information about available halogen-free alternative techniques, including their capabilities and limitations, training, further education and training opportunities, information on support programs and contacts, and specialized companies,

3. the establishment of a counseling center with an independent and technically competent partner.

In summary, the following services are to be performed:

1. -Arbeitspaket 1- design, technical implementation and maintenance of an extensible information portal.

2. -Arbeitspaket 2- making expert content.

3. -Arbeitspaket 3- establishment of a qualified assistance / counseling center.

4. -Arbeitspaket 4- advertising campaign about the counseling center.

5. -Arbeitspaket 5- levying of user numbers and continuation.

The project includes:

1. the design, commissioning and maintenance (content and technical) of an information portal with article pages to non-halogenated refrigerants

2. the creation of content with information about available halogen-free alternative techniques, including their capabilities and limitations, training and further education courses, information on support programs and contacts, and specialized companies who have already planned or reference plants built and

3. the establishment of a counseling center with an independent contact person who can answer individual questions by phone and e-mail or pass on to specialists.

Especially operators want impartial information and advice, preferably with personal contact.

In summary, the following services are to be performed:

1. -Arbeitspaket 1- design, technical implementation and maintenance of an extensible information portal.

2. -Arbeitspaket 2- making expert content.

3. -Arbeitspaket 3- establishment of a qualified assistance / counseling center.

4. -Arbeitspaket 4- advertising campaign about the counseling center.
