The subject of public procurement is the purchase of experimental aircraft that will meet the prescribed technical conditions. Bent 3 prototipų vartotojo terminalo su atviros paslaugos tapatumo nustatymu plėtojimas ir tiekimas, išmaniojo (skaitmeninio) tachografo naudojimo reikalavimų laikymasis pakankamu brandumo lygiu, kad bent būtų galima atlikti demonstravimą reprezentatyvioje aplinkoje (t. y. technologijos parengties lygis (technology readiness level – TRL) – 7) – 1 etapas; prototipų veikimo realiomis sąlygomis vertinimas, t. y. maksimaliai naudojant realų signalą erdvėje (real signal in space – SiS) atsižvelgiant į visas galimas klaidinimo grėsmes ir laikantis šių pirkimo specifikacijoje nurodytų reikalavimų – 2 etapas. Sutartis bus paskirta kaip sąlyginė etapinio mokėjimo sutartis pagal Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamento (ES) Nr. 1285/2013 23 straipsnį.

1. posms: vismaz 3 tādu brīvpiekļuves pakalpojuma navigācijas ziņojumu autentifikācijas lietotāju termināļa prototipu izstrāde un piegāde, kas atbilst viedā (digitālā) tahogrāfa lietojuma vajadzībām un kas izstrādāti pietiekamā gatavības līmenī, lai vismaz varētu veikt demonstrāciju reprezentatīvā vidē (t. i., 7. tehnoloģiju gatavības līmenis (technology readiness level – TRL)); 2. posms: prototipu veiktspējas novērtēšana reālos apstākļos, t. i., izmantojot īstus signālus kosmosā (signal in space – SiS) līdz maksimālajam apjomam un visu iespējamo maldināšanas draudu apstākļos, atbilstoši prasībām, kas noteiktas konkursa specifikācijās. Līguma slēgšanas tiesības tiks piešķirtas, īstenojot iepirkumu pa daļām, kam piemēro nosacījumus, saskaņā ar Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes Regulas (ES) Nr. 1285/2013 23. pantu.

Opracowanie i dostawa co najmniej 3 prototypów terminalu użytkownika do uwierzytelniania wiadomości nawigacyjnych w ramach usługi otwartej Galileo (OS-NMA), spełniającego wymagania dla zastosowania na potrzeby tachografów (cyfrowych), na poziomie rozwoju umożliwiającym co najmniej przeprowadzenie demonstracji w reprezentatywnym środowisku (tj. poziom 7. gotowości technologii) – etap 1; ocena działania prototypów w warunkach rzeczywistych, tj. z użyciem prawdziwego sygnału w przestrzeni kosmicznej w maksymalnym zakresie, w obecności pełnego zbioru zagrożeń fałszowaniem źródłowego adresu IP oraz zgodnie z wymaganiami SIWZ – etap 2. Zamówienie zostanie udzielone w transzach warunkowych zgodnie z art. 23 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1285/2013.

Vývoj a dodanie aspoň 3 prototypov používateľského terminálu na overovanie navigačnej správy otvorenej služby, pričom musia byť splnené požiadavky na aplikáciu inteligentného (digitálneho) tachografu na dostatočnej úrovni vyspelosti, aby bolo aspoň možné vykonať demonštráciu v reprezentatívnom prostredí (t. j. úroveň technologickej pripravenosti 7) – fáza 1; hodnotenie výkonnosti prototypov v reálnych podmienkach, t. j. s využitím skutočného signálu v kozmickom priestore do maximálnej miery s ohľadom na úplný súbor možných hrozieb falšovania a na základe požiadaviek špecifikácie obstarávania – fáza 2. Zákazka bude pridelená ako zákazka rozdelená na podmienené časti v súlade s článkom 23 nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č. 1285/2013.

Razvoj in dobava najmanj 3 prototipov uporabniškega terminala za preverjanje pristnosti navigacijskih sporočil v okviru odprtih storitev, ki izpolnjujejo zahteve aplikacije pametnega (digitalnega) tahografa na zadostni zrelostni ravni, ki omogoča vsaj izvedbo ponazoritve v reprezentativnem okolju (tj. raven tehnološke pripravljenost (technology readiness level – TRL) 7) – faza 1; ocena delovanja prototipov v realnih pogojih, tj. z uporabo pravega signala v vesolju (signal in space – SiS) v največjem možnem obsegu in na podlagi vseh vrst možnih nevarnosti lažnega predstavljanja ter v skladu z zahtevami razpisnih specifikacij – faza 2. Naročilo bo oddano kot javno naročilo s pogojnimi deli v skladu s členom 23 Uredbe (EU) št. 1285/2013 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta.

Разработване и доставка на поне 3 прототипа на потребителски терминал за удостоверяване на автентичността на общодостъпни услуги, които да отговарят на изискванията на интелигентно (цифрово) тахографско приложение на достатъчна степен на завършеност за извършването, като минимум, на демонстрация в съответната среда (т.е. ниво на технологична готовност („TRL“) 7) – етап 1; оценка на ефективността на прототипите в реални условия, т.е. използвайки истински сигнали в космоса (SiS) до максималната степен, на базата на пълен набор от възможни заплахи от фалшифициране и съгласно изискванията на тръжните спецификации – етап 2. Поръчката ще бъде възложена като поръчка с условни етапи в съответствие с член 23 на Регламент (ЕС) № 1285/2013 на Европейския парламент и на Съвета.

Dezvoltarea și furnizarea a cel puțin 3 prototipuri de terminal pentru utilizatori de autentificare a mesajelor de navigare pentru serviciul deschis, care să îndeplinească cerințele aplicației tahografice (digitale) inteligente la un nivel de maturitate minim suficient pentru a efectua o demonstrație într-un mediu reprezentativ [nivel de maturitate tehnologică (TRL) 7] – etapa 1; evaluarea performanței prototipurilor în condiții reale, și anume utilizând un semnal real în spațiu până la limita maximă, în raport cu un set complet de eventuale amenințări de falsificare și respectând cerințele caietului de sarcini al licitației – etapa 2. Contractul va fi atribuit sub forma unui contract cu tranșe condiționate, în conformitate cu articolul 23 din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 1285/2013 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului.

Razvoj i nabava najmanje 3 prototipova korisničkog terminala autentikacije navigacijske poruke otvorenih usluga, koji ispunjavaju zahtjeve pametne (digitalne) tahografske aplikacije na razini zrelosti koja je dostatna za, kao minimum, izvršavanje demonstracije u reprezentativnom okruženju (odnosno razina tehnološke pripravnosti (technology readiness level – TRL) 7) — dio 1; procjena rada prototipova u stvarnim uvjetima, odnosno korištenje stvarnog signala u svemiru (signal in space – SiS) do najveće moguće razine, uz cijeli niz mogućih imitacija prijetnji te sljedeće zahtjeve uputa za nadmetanje — dio 2. Ugovor se dodjeljuje kao ugovor s uvjetnim dijelovima u skladu s člankom 23. Uredbe (EU) br. 1285/2013 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća.
