The service supports the FOEN in the implementation of program-oriented subsidy policy on the environment. In the center of the work are the following topics:
- Support for parent coordination tasks: meetings of the Coordination Commission program agreements (KoKo PV) and communication tasks.
- Support for work of the current programming period: Input for the joint program controlling federal and cantonal, periodic reporting on the implementation of PV in the environmental field.
- Support in terms of future program periods: development of the negotiation management, program sheets, manual, communications, process improvement, incorporating new areas in the PV system.
The offer under to work may be accepted with the following composition:
80% for a person with experience in the environmental / Policy, knowledge on subsidies, project management experience and experience in working with the public sector.
10% Administrative support work (clerical level)
10% IT work on database.

The invitation to tender for the habitats and mire landscapes of national importance. The ultimate goal of the program on habitat inventories (BIOP) is the preservation and enhancement of habitats (high / low bogs, mires, floodplains, grasslands / dry pastures), both quantitatively and qualitatively. Activities under biotope inventories are divided into functional tasks on the following specialty areas: legislation, databases and consulting, monitoring, and data and documents. Another functional task is to manage the overall organization of BIOP.
