This contract is for the burial of waste treatment from the municipalities affiliated to the Intermunicipal BEP Environment. Treatment means any process of recovery of waste in accordance with the legislation in force in the Walloon Region. The amounts stated are for reference only and may not constitute a commitment on the part of the contracting authority as to the extent of the market. This contract is a batch market, for the treatment of such waste, respectively together to: - Lot 1: EMIS Floreffe; - Lot 2: the transfer center of Biron (Ciney) - Lot 3: transfer center Vodecée (Philippeville) - Lot 4: the transfer center Malvoisin (Gedinne). The waste will be channeled to the Intermunicipal processing center of the successful tenderer in containers 10 to 30m³, using container trucks with trailers.

Le présent marché a pour objet la sécurisation de certains sites de BEP Environnement par la fourniture d'un système intégré de vidéosurveillance. Ce système intègre : - la fourniture et le placement de caméras de surveillance dans les parcs à conteneurs d'Andenne, d'Assesse, de Cerfontaine, de Champion, de Couvin, d'Eghezée, de Fosses-la-Ville, de La Bruyère, de Malonne, de Naninne, d'Ohey, de Rochefort, de Sombreffe, ainsi que dans le site d'exploitation de Vodecée et dans le centre de compostage de Naninne; - la fourniture d'enregistreurs vidéo (hardwares) dans les différents sites ; - la fourniture d'un(de) logiciel(s) pilotant le tout. Le projet comprend donc : - la fourniture et l'installation des caméras, y compris les éventuels supports nécessaires et adaptés à l'environnement dans lequel elles seront implantées et leur mise en service ; - la fourniture et l'installation de toutes les interfaces de communications en fonction des solutions de transmission choisies par l'adjudicataire (hors WAN) ; - la fourniture, l'installation et le paramétrage du réseau de communication (le cas échéant, se relier au système existant) ; - le génie civil si nécessaire ; - la fourniture et l'installation des équipements vidéo ; - la fourniture, l'installation et le paramétrage des enregistreurs numériques et du(des) logiciel(s) nécessaire(s) à l'exploitation , accompagnés de leurs licences d'exploitation ; - l'installation de l'ensemble des logiciels ; - la fourniture et le placement des câblages cuivre, optiques,... - tous les raccordements nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du système, y compris les raccordements électriques et la mise à la terre des équipements ; - la sécurisation de l'ensemble du système ; - la garantie et la maintenance sur l'ensemble de la solution proposée. Le projet global de sécurisation des sites est divisé en trois phases : - la première phase constitue le présent marché, avec le placement (comme écrit ci-avant) de caméras dans quinze sites en 2015. A l'issue de l'analyse des offres (en fonction des coûts, pour des raisons budgétaires, l'Intercommunale se réserve le droit de ne donner que partiellement suite au projet et de reporter l'équipement de certains sites aux seconde et troisième phases) ; - la seconde phase, en 2016 douze sites seraient équipés ; - la troisième phase, en 2017 dix sites seraient équipés. Ces deux derniers marchés seront passés en respect de l'Article 26 § 1er 3èment b de la loi du 15 juin 2006.
