The core competencies identified include competencies relating to building operations and maintenance, energy management, sustainability, water efficiency, safety (including electrical safety) and building performance measures. The core competencies will be updated annually per the law. Transformational Family Training Facilitator

Currently, there is no such training available on the Korean peninsula in order to meet this requirement.  The Contractor is to come to Korea and provide one iteration of their 3 day training based on their Resiliency Based Experiential Learning Model. All events use the unique methodology and energy that are the trademark of BAM Adventures events. The training focuses on family teamwork, challenges, great discussions, and memories to last a lifetime. This course shall train 60 participants.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separate from this announcement. Solicitation number DE-SOL-0008306 is issued as a Request for Quotation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a competitive 100% Small Business set-aside. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423710 with a business size standard of 100 employees. This particular product requirement is not waived under the SBA (Small Business Administration) nonmanufacturer rule, and therefore any small business quoting a product that is not its own, must be quoting a product from a domestic small business manufacturer.
