Tender 70241 Energy and Water Data Collection and Monitoring Systems for the Education Authority. EA. EA invites tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of an automated energy and water data collection and monitoring systems with supporting software to provide EA managers with a range of analytical tools. The initial project will be for 32 EA locations across Northern Ireland.
