The scope of supply is a complete overhaul of the steam turbine/generator plant including opening, checking all internal parts, NDT, delivering and replacing of needed spare parts, needed engineering for repair and exchange of damaged or worn parts, needed manufacturing, delivery and erection of all equipment as well as the re-commissioning of the Turbine.
Main parts in scope:
— Operation check before stop.
— Large overhaul of HP, IP and LT turbine including check of connected systems as oil, gland steam, bleeding systems.
— Overhaul of all CV and ESV including servo actuators.
— NDT tests of turbine parts, valves, bearings etc.
— Inspection of DH condensers and sea water condenser.
— Large overhaul of generator.
— Electric tests as DTI and ELCID.
— Safety tests and commissioning.
— Needed tools and consumable spare parts for overhaul.
— Option for turbine insulation.
— Personnel for all works.
— The price shall be fixed for specified scope in the RFQ.
Mälarenergi AB is planning to invest in a new combined heat and power (CHP) plant with auxiliary systems and to modernise the existing plant in Västerås. The Project consists of 4 main parts: A steam boiler of 150 — 180 MWth for combustion of recycled wood fuel, a district heating condensing steam turbine of about 55 — 65 MWe, a flue gas treatment system and a fuel handling system including preparation and storage to supply the boiler with solid fuel. This procurement (Dnr 2016/43) relates to the purchase of a district heating condensing steam turbine of about 55 — 65 MWe.
Renova Environmental AB will replace two existing turbine-driven feedwater pumps with two new steam turbine-driven feedwater pumps, about 2 x 900 kW.
The contract covers the turnkey in the documents specified limits design, manufacture, install and commission two (2) complete steam turbine-driven feedwater pumps.
Renova will provide two (2) pumps according to the documents attached.
The contract should all work be included and all materials (in addition to the two pumps that provide Renova) required to deploy two (2) complete the facilities.
Renova will provide:
- Dismantling of the existing turbine-driven feedwater pumps.
- Adaptation of concrete foundations, according to the contractor's instructions.
- Connection to existing piping for steam, feed water and sewer steam.
