This qualification system covers the following areas:
- design studies,
- factory repairs,
- on-site operations (including non-destructive testing),
- manufacture of spare parts for turbines and generators of EDF's thermal power plants in France with a capacity greater than or equal to 250 MW as well as turbine turbine pumps.
It concerns the following materials or activities:
- the turbine bodies,
- turbo-fuel pumps,
- the bearings,
- the admission organs,
- auxiliaries (lubrication pump, regulation, lifting, ...),
- the control of the fins,
- non-destructive examinations,
- the exciter.
The technologies concerned are:
For the turbines: 250 MW EMC, 250 MW Alstom, 250 MW rake, 600 MW rake, 600 MW Alstom, Q 600 Alstom, 700 MW EMC.
For the alternators: 250 MW Jeumont, 250 MW EMC, 250 MW Alstom, 600 MW Jeumont, 600 MW Alstom, Q600 Alstom, 700 MW EMC.
This is to ensure the design, manufacture, delivery to site, erection, testing and commissioning of the first (1) turbine-generator (350 kW) and production equipment hydroelectric project Sahatona . It is expected from the supplier to make the project benefit the acquisition of production equipment (turbine-generator group, related and ancillary services) most cost effective and best quality / price ratio.
Specifically, there is supply, deliver, install and commission:
1. The automatic safety valve.
2. The connecting pipe with turbine.
3. The turbine (350 kW).
4. The generator.
5. The instrument control and command and control.
6. Options: flywheel, ... suction duct.
This is to ensure the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, testing and commissioning of the turbine generator and production equipment of the Sahatona hydroelectric project in accordance with the market clauses.
The project involves supplying, delivering, installing and commissioning the Sahatona hydroelectric site, Sahatona Rural Commune - Upper Matsiatra / Madagascar Region:
1: the automatic safety valve;

3: the turbine (350 kW);
4: the generator;
5: the control-command and control panel;

The supplier is expected to provide the client with the most cost-effective and cost-effective production equipment (turbine generator, related and ancillary equipment).
The aim is to ensure the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, testing and commissioning of the turbine generator (350 kW) and the production equipment of the project in accordance with the market clauses Sahatona hydroelectric power station.
