The Specification sets forth requirements for the design, manufacture, testing, documentation and certification of gas turbine driven main power generator units (package).(3 off).
The PACKAGE shall be dry low NOx dual-fuel Gas Turbine driven generators with minimum 60MW electrical power at ISO conditions as 100 % load.
Configuration/Duty will be:
3 x 50 % (2 running/1 stand-by) with minimum 30MWe per Power Generation package COMPANY will install a Power Management System capable of sharing both the active and reactive effect between the running generators including the emergency generators.
The power management will handle all synchronisation of the generator circuit breakers as well as de-loading and disconnection.
The PACKAGE will supply main power to the platform complex through connection to main 11KV switchgear.
Emergency Generators/power will be delivered separately and is not part of this technical specification.
Key figures for the three (3) identical generators are:
— Generator. 11kV, 50Hz
— Fuel. Natural gas and/or marine diesel.

Tender conditions for tender procedure concerning procurement of Turbine Meters.
The Contracting Entity wants to purchase one frame work agreement of new Turbine Meters and renovation hereof.
In connection with the examination of Energi Viborg Kraftvarme A/S' ("Energi Viborg") gas turbine in June 2017, Energi Viborg wishes to receive tenders for the execution of 1) a borescope inspection and 2) replacement of number 2 main bearing on a gas turbine.
The contract is in force for the period 7 June 2017 until 21 June 2017.
The contract comprises an option for alignment of the gas turbine unit in continuation of the replacement of number two bearing. After bearing number two has been replaced, Energi Viborg will inform the Supplier in writing of whether Energi Viborg chooses to exercise the option. In this case, the Suppplier must perform the option within the period June 22 2017 to June 25 2017.
Helsingør Kraftvarmeværk A/S is operating a gas-fired combined cycle plant at the site of Energivej 19 in
Helsingør. A decision has been made to renew the existing plant by establishing a biomass-fired boiler at the
The existing turbine condensers (district heating) to the existing steam turbine (combined cycle) will be utilised
for the new steam turbine. Only one steam turbine will be in operation at a time. It will not be possible to run
combined cycle plant and bio boiler plant in parallel. The combined cycle plant will mainly be used as a back-up.
The new biomass fired plant will consist of a boiler unit with flue gas cleaning and flue gas condensation. There
will be a power output of 62 MW (steam flow 20,8 kg/s). Nominal design data will be 500°C/64 bar(g).
The scope of the inquiry will cover a steam turbine, generator and gearbox within the specified battery limits.
The procurement consists of a complete steam turbine with necessary auxiliary systems. The steam turbine will be located in a new building adjacent to the existing combined cycle building.
The scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery and erection of all equipment and systems as well as the commissioning and final testing of the steam turbine. The scope also includes training of the Purchaser's staff as well as operation and maintenance instructions for the plant.
DONG Energy has three offshore windfarms in Denmark with a total of 274 turbines. The three offshore windfarms are Anholt located off coast of Grenå, Horns Rev 2 located off coats of Esbjerg and Nysted located off coast of Gedser. DONG Energy is the O&M provider of the turbines but due to lack of internal resources there is a need for a third party service provider for ad hoc wind turbine service including bolt tensioning and replacement of major components.
One contract will be entered.
In the contract period Horns Rev 2 expects to require the service from approximately 1 April to 30 September. Other wind farms (some still under warranty and therefore operated by the turbine supplier) will require the service on ad-hoc basis.
Provision of services for DONG Energy windfarms in Germany (which are all still under construction or under warranty) will be included in the contract as as option which shall be mutual for both DONG Energy and the supplier. This option will not be included in the evaluation of the tenders.

Siemens 2,3 MW VS turbines, 2,3 CS turbines and 3,6 MW turbines.
