The Norwegian National Rail Administration, henceforth referred to as NNRA shall enter into 3 framework agreements, one for each of the following transformers: — Auxiliary power transformer. — Booster transformer. — Filter impedance. The auxiliary power transformer shall be installed as backup system for power supply to NNRA's signal system where other secondary power supply is inaccessible. The booster transformer shall be installed in NNRA's overhead contact system with approx. 3 km internal intervals. This transformer shall ensure the return current to NNRA in the dedicated return current path, which may be track or separate parallel coupled conductors. The filter impedances shall filter return current away from signal current in the track and lead this to the dedicated return current path. Due to its technical life expectancy and inadequate transmission capacity and redundancy, it is decided that the current 66 kV grid through Lofoten be upgraded to 132kV. Licence Application for voltage upgrades were sent Norges- Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) in spring 2014. Applied for solution involves a ca. 101 km long overhead line with injected subsea cables and new substations in the White Waterfall and Svolvær in addition to upgrading Kleppstad substation (all these stations are located in Vågan municipality). Construction of the stations will continue for some years. Startup construction of the station in the White waterfall will start in autumn 2015, while we expect to begin construction of Svolvaer substation summer 2017. Upgrading Kleppstad substation will take place in two rounds, in the last half of 2016 and in early 2019. Lofotkraft want an agreement that includes delivery of 4 transformers for 3 stations, where a confirmed booking pr. Station will be approximately One year before the delivery date.

Project information: E39 Svegatjørn — Rådal:

The project E39 Svegatjørn–Rådal comprises the construction of a new main road between Os and Bergen. The development starts at Svegatjørn in Os and continues to Rådalen in Bergen.

The project E39 Svegatjørn — Rådal comprises 4 road tunnels. In addition to the tunnels, there are 6 open air zones: Svegatjørn, Endalausmarka, Rådal, Skeievatnet, Nordås and Sørås.

The project is divided into 2 execution contracts for tunnel work, K10 and K11. The electro contract, K20 Electro and CRM covers both of these contract areas. The tunnel contracts K10 and K11 started autumn 2015.

The contract K20 Electro and CRM comprises all execution of electro-technical installations, control, regulation and monitoring for the entire project.

— Contract K21: Variable road signs and lane signals will be delivered as a project owner delivery. Assembly and programming are included in K20.

— Contract K22: Speed signs will be delivered as a project owner delivery. Assembly and programming are included in K20.

— BKK: Will do all high voltage work and shall deliver all high voltage transformers. The interface is on the low voltage rails emergency power transformer.

Project Background

On the basis of the report of the DSB, the deviation in building 03 at OUH Ullevål, it initiated measures to close these deviations by upgrading the electrical infrastructure until the medical group 2 areas (GR-2). The interface runs at supply and connection to existing gr.2 sub distributions on 1 level (5 pcs Medical Intensive Monitoring / MIO) and supply and connection to new gr.2 sub distributions on 2 levels (5 pieces Heart Intensive Monitoring / HIO and 5 pcs Heart postop & Step Down). The new gr.2 under distributions supplied, installed and commissioned by private electrical contractor and is NOT part of this description.

scope

The main task will be to deliver a complete electrical plant with emergency power supply up to the connection of 6 existing medical omkoblingsfordelinger (GR-2) located in the plane 01 ( "Medical Intensive Monitoring (MIO)") and affiliation of 10 new omkoblingsfordelinger (GR-2) located in plan 02 (5 pcs for "Cardiac Intensive Surveillance (HIO)" and 5 pieces for "Heart postop & Step Down (Thorax / Step Down")). Solutions also based on the use of UPS between distributions located in the current floor / area.

Elektroentreprenør get attracted rans ported construction site management and

progress control of UPS vendor, page entreprise (UPS, Battery Banks, Battery switch and power transformer (400 / 230V)) for implementation.

There will always be fully operational on existing elanlegg during construction.
