The procurement is for the reception, transportation and treatment of approx. 38 000 tons per annum of residue waste from households in TRV' area.
Buyer wishes through this competition to sign a contract for Energy Consulting and engineering in connection with the implementation of energy measures. Stavanger has in recent years carried out a number of energy measures in buildings. Now a new project, step 2 is carried out. The purpose is to establish technical documentation for ordering measures and ensure deliverables are delivered as planned.
Stryn municipality has decided that a new general valuation shall be undertaken of all properties, c.f. the Property Tax Law §8A-3 (2). The municipality has had a property tax on all real estate since 2008.
The aim of the procurement is project management, preparing templates and the valuation of properties so that property tax can be issued for 2018 (i.e. before 28.2.2018). The inspection must be completed by 15.11.2017 in order to ensure progress.

NTNU, c/o the Faculty for Engineering and Technology (IVT) and the Faculty for Architecture and Visual Art (AB), intends, together with SINTEF, to construct and operate a ZEB Flexible Lab at Gløshaugen in Trondheim. The project owner is IVT.
The building shall be constructed as a part of the buildings at Høgskoleringen 7.
Through the research centre Zero Emission Buildings (ZEB), NTNU and SINTEF have significantly extended their facilities in recent years for research on zero emission buildings and climate stresses. We have built the ‘ZEB Living Lab’ at Perleporten, which is a residential building, where the research focus is on the residents and their use of innovative building technologies, such as intelligent control of installations and equipment, interactive user interface and interaction with the general energy system. We have also built ‘ZEB Test Call Laboratory’ at Høgskoleringen 7, where we can test low energy integrated building systems under realistic operational conditions. In addition we have upgraded central laboratory equipment for climate stresses and measuring heat insulation abilities at a building component level.

BFK Eiendom shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers for the service and repair/maintenance of ventilation installations, delivery of filters and ventilation systems, energy assessments of ventilation systems and an option for channel drainage.
The procurement is divided up into 4 geographical zones. Tenders can be submitted for 1, more or all of the zones. 1 tenderer will be chosen per zone.
The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years. Note! Alternative tenders will not be accepted.

• explore information available on demand flexibility in a Nordic perspective and emphasize the main findings that can lead to concrete actions

Statnett is responsible for the procurement process on behalf of the Nordic TSOs (TSOs in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway), and Statnett will be the formal contracting party. The Nordic TSOs will have a solidary responsibility with Statnett towards the chosen supplier.
The Nordic TSOs have agreed to establish a Nordic capacity market for aFRR. It is a goal that the aFRR capacity market is operational during the first half of 2018. Statnett will on behalf of the Nordic TSOs be the Market Operator for the aFRR capacity market for the first 4 years of operation, and as part of this Statnett will also be responsible for the implementation of the necessary solution. After the first 4 years of operation the role can be transferred to one of the other Nordic TSOs.

Tynset to buy into energy monitoring system (EOS). Main objective of the procurement is to establish a Web-based energy monitoring system that displays climate and energy accounting for collected test results from municipal buildings.

Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Property (EBE) manages a total of 16 swimming pools and 2 air-raid shelters, which have installed ventilation with dehumidification installations. EBE's task is to ensure that the installations function optimally as regards climate requirements for humidity, pressure and temperature, as well as economic energy operation. In order to maintain these installations as efficiently as possible, we would like to enter into service contracts for this special area. The procurement includes annual inspections, function testing, preventive maintenance and repairs of the mentioned installations.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the procurement, tenders shall then be submitted for one or both of the following packages:
1. Installations from Dantherm, installations from Novema and installations installed in air-raid shelters.
2. Installations from Menerga.
Contracts will not be signed with tenderers who do not give a price for all of the installations in 1 of the above mentioned packages. A contract will be signed with one tenderer for the installations in package 1 and one contract with one tenderer for the installations in package 2. One tenderer can be awarded both packages if they score best in the evaluation of both packages.

Ringerike municipality shall heat Vang school and Huagsbygd secondary school in the Haugsbygd area with an environmentally friendly energy source and therefore invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the delivery of district heating to these buildings.
Other existing buildings, such as Haug nursery, Haugsbygd artificial grass pitch, Haug church and private residences could be connected in the future. An expected expansion at Haug school and a desired future multi-purpose hall could also be connected. These possible connections are uncertain and no decision has been made on their establishment. The municipality cannot, therefore, commit to connection for these buildings, but an option to prepare capacity is included in the tender documentation.
The tenderer shall establish a contract with the landowner for the rent of a site and placement of a heat plant with the necessary access, infrastructure etc. The heat plant can be on private or municipal land, as agreed with the landowner.
