Hordaland County is in the process of constructing a new bus transport facility in Leirvik, Stord. For the new bus transport facility, we wish to purchase energy in the form of hot water from an external supplier, where chips are used for the entire base load.
The supplier is responsible for the chip boiler system covers the requirement for base load.
The paramount objective of the contract is to ensure that the measure contributes to a more environmentally friendly energy production.
A seawater inlet with a wet well at the waterside. The existing air-based heat pumps and 2 oil boiler shall be demolished in the heating plant at Sistranda and seawater switcher and a new fluid-water heat pump shall be installed. Building engineering auxiliary works and necessary expansion of the Central Control Plant is also included in the contract. A new electric boiler shall be installed and the capacity on the power inlet must be expanded. The transformer must i.a. be replaced.
Upon Return Kraft produced energy of waste delivered by private households and industry. During 2015 produced plant 78.6 GWh electricity for sale and 86.2 GWh of district heating. For 2016 it is expected a production of sales of 68.5 GWh of electric power and 94 GW qh district heating.
In connection with power sales have Return Kraft needs for external services relating to management, advisory and executive tasks relating to Return's trading in energy and energy related products. This includes both physical sales, recycling power (green sales) and hedging (financial contracts).

In connection with the project INDEE, NTNU plans to procure energy efficient and environmentally friendly refrigeration and climate installation (AC) systems for supermarkets and associated office buildings in India. Energy efficient and integrated cooling and AC systems (for which INDEE is the first pilot) based on the natural working media CO2, adapted to the climatic conditions in India, will be executed in a university laboratory.
The competition is for a framework agreement for the procurement of electrical energy equivalent to approx. 6,2 GWh per annum for GIVAS IKS and 2,4 GWh for Kongsvinger housing foundation per annum.
The value must be considered as an estimate and it is not binding.

The agreement comprises delivery of energy to the Contracting Authority's facilities. The total purchasing volume is estimated to be approximately 30 GWh per delivery year, distributed to a total of 541 facilities.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into contract for the operation of the transfer station at Isi waste management plant in Bærum kommune, as well as transport and processing (incineration) of residual waste from the transfer station to energy recovery. Residual waste is from the collection schemes in the municipal sanitation scheme. The Contracting Authority is Bærum kommune. The municipality's reference number: 16/24102.
Due to varying load and work hours, it is necessary to have the use of extra personnel. The primary need will be for personnel in normal working hours, but there may also arise need for other times. There may be a need for up to 5 persons at times.
The Waste-to-Energy Agency will enter into contract with up to 2 tenderers.
The assignment includes receiving, sorting as well as grinding and/or milling of bulky waste delivered from the Contracting Authority's locations. The Contracting Authority pays the cost of transporting the waste to the designated reception site. After the grinding and/or milling, the waste shall be delivered to BIR Avfallsenergi AS' energy plant in Rådalen, Bergen. The costs thereof shall be paid by the Contracting Authority.
It will be built seawater intake with sump beachfront. In the heating plant Sistranda school shall be described existing air source heat pumps and two oil-fired boilers and it will be installed seawater changer and new liquid-water heat pump. Building Technical aid worker and necessary extension of BMS included. There will also be installed new electric boiler and capacity of the power consumption must be expanded, inter alia, must transformer replaced.
NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) wants to enter into an agreement with one supplier for the lease of 1 digital colour press for NVE's own digital in-house printshop. NVE has currently a Xerox Colour 800 machine and wishes to procure a new machine in the segment below. Further information about the requirements to the machine is given in the requirement specification — annex 1.

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on equipment for measuring of heart and lung function for a laboratory at the Energisenteret for barn and unge [The Energy Centre for Children and Youth] and the respiration laboratory at the lung outpatients clinic. And an option for the occupational medicine department at Haukeland University Hospital and the lung outpatients clinic at Voss Nursing Home.
The Contracting Authority wants a comprehensive equipment package that is PC based and has a similar software platform for increased efficiency both in patient treatment, in the processing and finishing process of patient data and servicing purposes.
The Contracting Authority intends to purchase a comprehensive solution for three (3) Ergospirometers with associated software and with additional devices for measuring ECG, NIBP and SPO2 with an option on an integrated treadmill. The Contracting Authority will also purchase a comprehensive solution for two (2) spirometers with an option for connection to body boxes for measuring of lung volume. an option for measuring of gas diffusion and an option for methacholine provocation tests, and a comprehensive solution for spirometers with an option for methacholine provocation tests and an option for oscillometry.
The equipment offered shall be delivered as requested, with all the necessary accessories, delivered complete, assembled and ready for use.
The Energy Centre for children and youth will move into the new Barne and ungdomssykehuset [Child and Youth Hospital] (BUS 1) from January 2017. The Energy Centre will contain a mixture of activities such as studies, treatment and research/innovation. The Centre's task is to stimulate and facilitate physical activity with suitable training for children and youth despite illness or disability. At the Lung outpatients clinic it is important that quality and service of collaborating partners both in the department and from the hospital's other departments is safeguarded.
Tender offers for only leasing/hiring the equipment will be rejected.

In accordance with the municipal contingency obligation and Oslo kommune's requirement for contingency, The Waste-to-Energy Agency is required to have updated contingency plans and co-ordinated exercises.
The Haralrud plant is subject to The Regulations relating to industrial safety (FOR-2011-12-20-1434) and The Waste-to-Energy Agency is required to have adequate and efficient industrial safety that is able to limit the consequences that adverse events can have on lives, health, environment and materials values, and to assist with quick normalisation.
The Waste-to-Energy Agency wants to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer to cover this need.
The scope of this procurement is estimated to, but not limited to:
— Consulting in connection with the preparation of the contingency plans, ROS analyses etc.;
— Support with execution, evaluation and follow-up of contingency and industrial safety exercises. Approx. 10 — 15 exercises annually per facility and any external exercises.
— Execution of necessary courses and training of industrial safety personnel. Course programmes should at least meet statutory requirements, including 24 hours of basic training for industrial safety in accordance with the authority requirements, as well as courses in heating works and first aid for industrial safety. The scope is estimated to be approx 20 persons/year in heating works, approx. 30 persons/year first aid, 0.5 persons/year 24 hours basic training for industrial safety. Other courses from the tenderer's course portfolio will be ordered as needed regarding necessary updating and training of persons with roles in the industrial safety.
— It is estimated that five to ten visits to the Romerike Biogas plant will be necessary and 20 to 30 visits to the installations in Oslo. The estimate is only a guide and does not bind the Contracting Authority.
Tromsø municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery of energy to the municipality's buildings.
The municipality is to be considered as a customer, but with several delivery and invoice addresses. A complete list of all the meters with addresses is in annex 4. This list shall form the starting point for the tenderer's invoicing, delivery and preparation of turnover statistics for the municipality.
Tromsø municipality would like a total supplier that provides all the necessary guarantees (and costs of them) and who is Tromsø municipality's actor with NordPool.
