Management and supply of electrical energy to Hordaland County Council and LRT AS
Nilletun is EiT care center whose stay Easy on Mork Volda municipality. Through Volda municipality its EPC project has Nillteun Vore through an energy efficiency analysis, to look at what lønsame measures that can carried out in such energy saving, as well as upgrading builds.
The construction is from 1973 listed with concrete slab and built of concrete. Doors and wind auger is from 1973 with 2- ply glass. Cladding is of eternit and sheet metal.
The acquisition includes the provision of energy efficiency advice from a team of up to 5 people within
the following areas:
- Operational support,
- Energy management,
- Heat pumps,
- Heating plants,
- Building envelope / Simienberegninger,
- Energy labeling,
- Other topics within the field of energy efficiency.
Assistance will primarily consist of assisting the principal in the design of specifications, possibly
designing complete specifications. Other consultants may also be applicable. Such counseling can
consist of including project management, general counseling or other related services in the art.
Assistance may further include abstracts recognition and execution of inspections.
The aid does not cover commercial assistance in connection with procurement processes.

Ulstein District Heating invite to tender competition for the construction of power plant in Støylesvingen, ES-14, with a heat pump as the main load and EL boiler as cutting edge as spare cargo.
The competition will be conducted according to the Public Procurement Act and Regulations relating to off procurement. The buy is below the threshold value, and will be implemented as a turnkey project.

BIR AS is one of Norway's largest waste management company. Every day we ensure reliable waste management for approx. 350,000 inhabitants. More and more of the waste is recycled to new products and energy, and BIR is the leading company in Norway regarding waste sorting and the recycling rate. BIR has presently agreements with several suppliers for products such as envelopes, stationeries, signs, labels, profiling products for vehicles, etc. These agreement expire 31.12 2016. The objective of this tender contest is to enter into favourable agreements that cover the corporation's requirements for graphic products, printing and profiling. BIR spends between NOK 1 — 2 million per annum on graphic products and profiling.
The main objective is to sign a contract with one contractor for all relevant electrical installation services. In order to the Agreement to provide the required time and cost savings, as well as safety for the contracting authority, the contractor must have sufficient HR for the assignment, updated expertise in lighting systems and air conditioning, modern building automation and energy management, have an efficient booking system and an emergency / roster system. The Contracting Authority expects to be a prioritised customer for the contractor signing the agreement. ROAF requires a framework agreement for electrical installation services for all recycling stations, disposal sites, fully-automated sorting plants for household waste, gas and pump stations, as well as other buildings and plants owned and operated by the contracting authority.
It should be replaced heat exchanger and / or fans on 7 ventilation in 3 buildings in the municipality. In addition to a new fan on exhaust kitchen.

Facilities will be upgraded with rotating recovery, direct driven fans with 0-10Vstyrespenning. The heating coil of the heating system properly and used.
This will mean that some of the ventilation systems must be moved and cut in order to get into the rotating recovery system. Existing hydronic heat exchanger on the exhaust side should be used to remove the residual heat of the exhaust air.

Sandnes kommune has undertaken an Energy and Climate management plan for the municipality.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of wood chip for local heating plants in Sandnes kommune.
The framework agreement comprises the following plants (estimated annual need in parentheses):
— Iglemyr (approx. 1 037 m³ wood chip per year);
— Lundehaugen (approx. 2 340 m³ wood chip per year);
— Riska (approx. 1 037 m³ wood chip per year);
— Rovik (approx. 641 m³ wood chip per year).
Services make up a minor part of the framework agreement, and concerns only services that naturally are part of the delivery of wood chip, such as customer service and assistance, loading, transport lasting, transport, unloading/filling and return of ash.

The framework agreement for general architect services will include, amongst other things:

Avinor AS is currently searching the market for solutions for implementing battery capacity in the energy system at Stavanger Airport Sola.
In 2017 Stavanger airport has a project pending to build a large-scale solar park (3 000 sq. m) on the roof of the parking complex. The project has an innovative twist in that it wishes to test the use of batteries charged from solar panels. The batteries aims to serve 2 purposes:
— * Reduce peak load at the airport to reduce the load on the electricity net and the electricity bill of the airport;
— * Replace the diesel generator used for emergency power with batteries to reduce the climate footprint of the airport.
Our market research aims at finding possible solutions for both purposes. The goal is to charge the batteries directly from the solar park if feasible. However, the batteries used for emergency power also has to be connected to the net so that the batteries are always fully charged.

Oslo municipality, the Municipal Undertaking fo Social Services Buildings (OBY) shall develop and construct a new nursing home in the Nordre Aker district.
The project consists of the demolition of an existing nursing home, preliminary project, detailed engineering design services for and the construction of a new nursing home.
The new nursing home shall house 125 resident rooms and a day centre. The building shall have a maximum of four floors and approx. 14 500 m² gross.
The general aim of the project is to develop and construct a new nursing home that:
— has single rooms and is suitable for elderly persons with compound medical diagnoses, including cognitive decline.
— produces more energy than it uses throughout the year, a so-called plus building.
— shall be environmentally certified in BREEAM-NOR, minimum ‘excellent’.
— is constructed with wooden supporting constructions.
— reduces emissions from the construction site as much as possible.
— is a FutureBuilt project.
To ensure good solutions, satisfied users and the best possible utilisation of competence, the contracting authority would like to prepare a preliminary project in cooperation with the contractor. This phase shall try to optimise the project as regards function, quality and cost. By the end of the interaction phase, the parties will be in agreement on the progress plan and a fixed price for the execution phase. The execution phase will be carried out as an ordinary turnkey contract. The demolition of the existing nursing home will be carried out as a part of the same turnkey contract.
Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Property (EBE) manages a total of 16 swimming pools and 2 air-raid shelters, which have installed ventilation with dehumidification installations. EBE's task is to ensure that the installations function optimally as regards climate requirements for humidity, pressure and temperature, as well as economic energy operation. In order to maintain these installations as efficiently as possible, we would like to enter into service contracts for this special area. The relevant agreements shall ensure predictable terms for both the supplier and the contracting authority. See the requirement specification for more detailed information.
The procurement includes annual inspections, function testing, preventive maintenance and repairs of the mentioned installations.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the procurement, tenders shall then be submitted for one or both of the following packages:
1. Installations from Dantherm, installations from Novema and installations installed in air-raid shelters.
2. Installations from Menerga.
Contracts will not be signed with tenderers who do not give a price for all of the installations in 1 of the above mentioned packages. A contract will be signed with one tenderer for the installations in package 1 and one contract with one tenderer for the installations in package 2. One tenderer can be awarded both packages if they score best in the evaluation of both packages.

Oppland county, Gausdal and Lillehammer municipalities have a formal cooperation within property management — called EIOFF. The EIOFF cooperation is managed by a separate board.
Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities are in a procurement cooperation with Oppland county — INNOFF. The cooperation means that several tender competitions, like this one, can be held on behalf of several municipalities.
Oppland county, Property, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of consultancy services within buildings and property for Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Nord-Fron, Ringebu municipalities and Oppland county.
Objective and scope.
The municipalities annually procure a varying extent of consultant/advice services within buildings and property. The contracting authority's intention is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements per field for the provision of:
Consultancy services for Oppland county, Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities.
The above mentioned parties will henceforth be called the municipalities.
The purpose of entering into framework agreements for engineering design services is to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times. The municipalities would like to use the framework agreements to join up with personnel who can quickly be obtained when needed.
The contracting authority requires that the provided services shall always be implemented in accordance with the current laws, regulations and other administration requirements, and as a minimum, be implemented in accordance with the requirements for competence, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
The assignment will last for two — 2 - years from 1.3.2017, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
If possible, three parallel framework agreements shall be signed per field for each of the municipalities.

NTNU intends to buy a 1-battery test system with all necessary hardware and software. Battery test system to be used for research, education purposes, consulting services to industry in the energy storage in ships, cars, grid, solar, wind, etc.
