Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs request for provision of turf for domestic home heating as part of Cessation of Turf Cutting Compensation Scheme for 2017 and 2018.

The supply and delivery of 15 tonnes of good quality fuel sod peat of less than 36 % moisture for domestic home heating at a fixed price per household during 2017 and 2018 within Lot 1. For the purpose of this tender a turf delivery is 15 Tonnes of Turf.

They will require access to an advanced delivery network capable of supplying 15 tonnes of turf as set out in Lot 1 in the RFT document commencing in June 2017.

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to establishing a framework of Contractors to install Better Energy Warmer Homes Scheme measures nationwide. This scheme funds energy efficiency improvements in the homes of the elderly and vulnerable, making their homes more comfortable, healthier and more cost effective to run. The appointed framework will also carry out energy upgrades for the Warmth and Wellbeing Pilot Scheme which will include external insulation measures and heating systems. The estimated annual value of this contract is 29 000 000 EUR excl. VAT. The contract term will be for a maximum of 3 years. Please do not respond to this notice. Health and safety services

Electric Ireland currently have a single delivery partner who deliver Gas boiler, Heating and Pre Pay Meter installations and 5 partners who operate the Energy Efficiency Incentive scheme on a nationwide basis. We also have a number of contractors who deliver some trial installations of new technology on our behalf. It will be the responsibility of the appointed Quality Assurance partner, to liaise with all delivery partners to ensure all schemes are delivered to the standards to be outlined in the RFT and in line with current relevant technical standards.

This RFP is being issued to Tenderers in accordance with Council Directive 2014/25/EU under the Open Procedure to allow EirGrid plc (‘EirGrid’) and SONI Limited (‘SONI’) select Service Providers to participate in a trial to demonstrate the provenability and measurability of a range of new and existing DS3 System Services from new technologies.

A wider range of DS3 System Service Providers, including Service provision by new technologies will help EirGrid and SONI meet the challenge of operating the electricity system of Ireland and Northern Ireland with increased levels of renewable energy. This is a key step towards the decarbonisation of the electricity system, which has wider societal and consumer benefits.

ESB is requesting proposals from organisations capable of providing ESB Project Arrow with the full range of metering services for the GB Energy market, specifically MAP, MOP/MAM, DR/MRA, DC, DA services.

Tenders are invited only from those companies capable of providing GB wide geographic coverage across both the Gas & Electricity markets. The service requirements apply to SMETS 2 smart, non-smart meters and IHDs (plus any other auxiliary equipment required for smart meter installations, e.g. gas regulators, regulator kits and flexes) the GB Energy Market. It is an absolute requirement that all meters provided comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and technical standards.
