Energinet.dk owns the Danish electricity and gas transmission system. Our main task is to maintain the overall short and long-term security of supply for electricity and gas. Energinet.dk intends to replace the Gas SCADA system, perhaps including the gas simulation and gas management tools, for our gas transmission system. To ensure updated knowledge about the opportunities in the market for a SCADA system for this purpose, Energinet.dk intends to carry out a market screening of potential suppliers for a gas SCADA system. Therefore, Energinet.dk wishes to encourage all interested suppliers to enter into a dialogue with us about the requirements. Such suppliers are invited to contact us for obtaining the relevant documentation regarding system requirements, selection criteria, timeline etc. Please note that we reserve the right to select a number of representative suppliers limited to 5-8 for further dialogue. The deadline for submitting declaration of interest is 24 July 2015at 12.00, and the deadline for submission of completed questionnaires is 7 August 2015 at 12.00. The suppliers selected will be contacted by 14.8.2015 at 12:00. The requested meetings with potential suppliers will be held during calendar week 36 — 31.8.-4.9.2015. The meetings will be held at our premises in Egtved, which is located at a 30 minutes car drive from Billund Airport. The Danish gas transmission system is operated and monitored around the clock from our control centre also located in Egtved, with the option to relocate the monitoring to an emergency control centre in our head office in Fredericia. Hardware, software and all necessary equipment must be installed at two control centres located at an approximate distance of 40 km from each other. Today, some data from the Gas SCADA system are used for settlement (fiscal accounting), and the SCADA system is linked to a gas simulator running both real-time and historical simulations. Data ex-change with other systems is an important parameter, including data exchange with other SCADA systems. There is a strong emphasis on a user friendly interface, including a powerful historical graph tool, and the system must be easy to maintain and develop and it must use an advanced calculation engine.

The Municipality of Copenhagen and CPH City and Port has decided to establish homes and offices in the former industrial area between HC Ørsted Power Plant and the harbour at Enghave Brygge. In this context, the natural gas transmission line from Amager to HC Ørstedsværket shall be redirected. This contract notice concerns the project to plan, design and build a new MR station that can feed Energinet.dk's re-engineered gas pipeline. The new MR Station shall be delivered as a turnkey delivery.

The Baltic Pipe project is connecting the Norwegian gas transmission system with the Danish transmission system via a subsea pipeline in the North Sea and connecting the Danish transmission system with the Polish transmission systems via a subsea pipeline in the Baltic Sea in order to facilitate the gas supply to Poland. One of the main components for the Baltic Pipe Project is the large diameter onshore pipeline that must be installed across Denmark. Energinet intends to hold initial market consultations with relevant suppliers of large diameter onshore line pipes starting in week 41, in order to properly prepare for the coming tender and to get relevant market insights.

The pipeline across Denmark is approximately 200 km in length, including hot bends (10xD) and the outer diameter (“OD”) varies from DN800 (32”) to DN1100 (42”) and the design pressure of 80 barg. The wall thickness varies from 12,5 mm to 36,0 mm. The design temperature for the pipelines is in general -20 °C to +50 °C. The line pipes shall preferably be manufactured as LSAW or as HSAW, and a steel grade X70. Pipe grades according to DS/EN ISO 3183 PSL 2. Materials shall fulfill the requirements of Annex M.

The market consultations will be conducted as individual meetings for duration of approximately 4 hours, at the supplier’s locations. Prior to the meeting Energinet will forward an agenda with discussion topics and relevant technical data to enable the selected suppliers to make preparations and to set a relevant team for an open dialogues and discussions of primarily technical issues.

Pre-qualification for the supply of Metering and Analysing units for Bio- and Natural gas. Metering and analysis units for injection of Bio- and Natural Gas into the transmission grid. The units shall be supplied as turnkey projects completely installed in container or customer building. Including fiscal equipment for metering of gas flow, gas composition (Gas Chromato-graphs) and gas analysis to qualify gas for entering the transmission gird according to the Danish rules. The maximum flow rates for the units is expected to be 500 — 10 000 Nm3/h, nominal gas pressure is 80 barg. It is expected to purchase up to 5 units until the year 2018.
