Restricted competition of project management. Realization of a cultural activity and leisure project: Space Doumer. The operation concerns the construction of a film composed of three projection rooms accommodating respectively 210, 120 and 80 seats, its lobby and amenities and scenic associates. The future equipment include a multipurpose room festive with a gauge of 350 seated guests and an orchestra rehearsal room with a shared reception, storage spaces and facilities. The project also includes the amenities of the area around the site and common courtyard. The management of the festive hall and rehearsal room will be differentiated to allow independent management of the cinema. It is expected an efficient construction in terms of environmental quality reflecting an exemplary level of energy performance.
