As part of its missions, CRE frequently asks sector stakeholders (energy network operators, suppliers, producers, consumer associations, etc.) prior to its decision-making. For this, it organizes public consultations (CP), consisting of independent questions, to which anyone is free to respond, including by email, through a response form on its website or by post. This natural or legal person is hereinafter referred to as contributor, respondent or participant. All the responses to the public consultations, in progress or already closed, are available on the CRE website, along with the technical note, annexes and non-responses. confidential contributors. Once closed and before their presentation to the members of the College, the responses to the public consultations are the subject of an analysis by the CRE services. This analysis involves several manual steps, time-consuming and automatable. The purpose of these specifications is to provide a tool for preparing certain elements of services analysis. This requires the setting up of an IT platform, accessible from the CRE website, where participants can enter their answers.
