This contract is for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning (including training) of a transmission electron microscope and sample preparation devices cryo-methods, new, to the Department Microscopy of the University of Tours.
This first batch corresponds to the electron microscope itself, and the associated image capture system.
The frozen samples in their native state study requires, besides adapting the microscope, the acquisition of specific accessories:
- Subject cryo-holder. And cryo-transfer system
- pumping station.
This lot covers the purchase of an ultramicrotome, designed for the production of thin sections and ultra-fine preparations of biological samples or materials not only at room temperature but also at very low temperature (cryo-ultramicrotomy) .
The system will especially allow the production of usable cuts in technical Tokuyasu called << >> and that << >> CEMOVIS (Cryo-Electron Microscopy of Vitreous Sections), and be equipped accordingly.
This lot covers the purchase of a high pressure freezing system ( "High Pressure Freezing" or Hpf). It is intended for freezing samples as part of preparation techniques and special TEM observation, such as cold substitution ( "Freeze Substitution") CEMOVIS and correlative microscopy "Clem" in particular.

The follow-up to this lot of consultation are conditioned by the validation of the STEM option in Lot 1.

This consultation aims to equip existing candelabra with a device "on spot" generating energy savings by the administration of an autonomous lowering following a time schedule defined by the contracting authority.
The framework agreement is divided into 2 lots as defined below.
This is a single-attribute framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, governed by Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts, no minimum and annual maximum.
It takes effect from its notification for a period of 12 months, renewable 2 times.
Lot 1 of the incumbent is responsible for the provision of devices to equip existing candelabra generating energy savings by managing self abasement.
The owner of Lot 2 shall replace the existing ballasts ballast provided by the owner of lot 1 base of the lamppost, adapt connections accordingly and ensure commissioning of all.
