Assistance Mission to the contracting authority for the creation and commissioning of an aquatic center. The urban community of Grand Dax (20 towns, 56 000 inhabitants) is planning to build a water center that will be located 3 St. Joseph Laurens Dax (40100) within the cuyes district. On the territory of the Grand Dax, only exist two pools built in the framework of the "1000 pools" (Dax in 1980 and Saint-Paul-Les-Dax in 1976). The regional offer is "poor": 1 pool of 25 x 10 m (4 lanes) for each pool and an outdoor wading pool in Dax since 2010. The pool of Saint-Paul-Les-Dax was renovated in 2009 but the Dax, which would require large investments, is intended to be closed. This offer is out of step with the needs of a city of 60,000 inhabitants in high population growth and inappropriate public expectations (level of comfort, in particular). This existing supply inadequate to the needs highlights the need for new equipment. Summary of the program: - a 4 lane indoor pool of 25 meters (250 m2), - a training pool covered 150 m2, - for children (40 m2), - an outside pool "Nordic" 6 lanes 25 m (375 m2) - grassed green spaces would provide a relaxation area (solarium) for swimmers and contribute to the staging of the site and its integration into the environment - the outdoor fields of activities (volleyball, badminton ) could come decorate this space - construction of exemplary building in terms of energy savings and use of renewable energy aspiring to target the label HQE standard, without seeking certification. Operating cost: estimated at € 10.5 million before tax. Provisional schedule. Start of work: September 2016. Building Delivery: December 2018.
