- Design construction works and actions to improve energy performance,
- Maintenance operations on energy installations (P2 and P3 HVAC and electricity)
- Also functional and technical improvement, the university has the ambition to improve the energy performance to be expressed in the program,
- Biology pole is a restructuring operation dedicated to research, about 4600 square meters SU the estimated cost of the work is approximately € 75 million before tax.
This consultation is on a market of intellectual services for the development of SDEP (Energy Master Plan Heritage) University Clermont Auvergne (1 January 2017 merger of 2 Clermontoises universities, University of Auvergne and Blaise Pascal University). The Clermont Auvergne University is a comprehensive university which will bring together about 32 500 students whose operation will be provided by administrative and technical staff in 1400 and 1900 teachers or teachers researchers. The heritage of the future UCA represents about 350 000 m2 of floor area spread over 16 sites.
The master plan will aim optimization and allocation of surfaces with regard to the establishment of the unified activities but will also integrate energy and urban dimension. This task is as follows:
