The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Bremerton, WA for the purchase of FLOWMETER at Bremerton, WA in accordance with government specifications. Required delivery date is 31 MAR 2016. FOB Destination pricing required. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Firm, Fixed-Price SUPPLY type contract. The proposed contract is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 17 FEB 2016 with a closing on 26 JAN 2015. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation.
