1. Contractor delivers for a period of twelve (12) months of electricity as follows:
1.1. Delivery of net active electricity for the objects of SE "ATC" in Appendix № 1, which are installed meters for hourly metering electricity.
1.2. Supply of electricity in a standardized load profile for the objects of SE "ATC" in Appendix № 2, which are installed without electricity hourly accounting of electricity.

1.2. Supply of electricity in a standardized load profile for the objects in Application № 2, which are installed without electricity hourly accounting of electricity.

Subject of this procurement:
1. Delivery of net active electrical energy to sites with installed electricity meters for hourly electricity accounting described in Annex 1 of Section XI of the documentation for participation;
2. Delivery of net active electrical energy on a standardized freight account and payment of the services for access to the electricity transmission and distribution network, transmission of the electricity through the electricity transmission and distribution network and responsibility for balancing (according to Article 20, paragraph 2, item 2 para. 1 of the PTFE) for the sites with installed electricity meters without hourly electricity accounting described in Appendix 2 of Section XI of the documentation for participation.
The public procurement contract covers the supply of net active electricity for a period of 12 (twelve) months for the LV ATV facilities listed in Appendix 1 and Annex 2 detailed in Section XI of the tender documentation. The estimated quantity for the entire order is 12 000 MWh, distributed as follows:
- 11,650 MWh of net active electrical energy for the sites described in Annex 1, which have installed electricity meters for hourly electricity consumption.
- 350 MWh net active electrical energy per standardized load profile for the facilities described in Annex 2, which have installed meters without hourly electrical energy.

The supply of net active low voltage electricity starts after the registration of the sites located in the town of Kresna, 198 Makedonia Street, managed by TPC Kresna, on the free electricity market and for a period of 36 months , as from the confirmation of the first active net electricity supply schedule and the selected contractor informs the assignor in writing of the confirmation.
