Eesti Energia is developing Ruhnu Ruhnu airfield immovable property and its proximity to renewable electricity production solution. The planned solution consists of solar panels (250 kW), batteries (880 kWh), the existing diesel generators (2x160kW) and existing wind turbine (75 kW), which is integrated into the complex and technical-economic optimum power generation solution. Planning solution must ensure Ruhnu electricity needs of 20-year life cycle.
