The buildings are in typical construction time - built in 1964 - construction of solid brick masonry with integrated concrete supports and stiffening components in concrete, concrete ceilings.

The City of Munich is planning to build an office building for the Department of Health and Environment (RGU), a home for children with 2 kindergarten and 2 cribs groups for the Department of Education and Sports (RBS) and an underground car park as well as the open spaces on the site Dachau Straße 90 in 80335 Munich.
