The provided heat has to be generated from renewable energy sources within the meaning of EEWärmeG. The at all times be provided by the contractor is in total 830 kW, the expected annual amount of heat of the two delivery points is in total at 790,000 kWh / a. The contract term is 15 years and starts on 09/01/2018.

The heat supply is carried out in 3 phases, each with different heating requirements. The 3 phases arising in respect of the construction process:
- Phase 1: 09/01/2018 - 31/03/2019 (temperature control of the building site)
- Phase 2: 04/01/2019 - 08/31/2019 (heating processes),
- Phase 3: 09/01/2019 (school system) - 01.09.2033.
The heat supplied has a primary energy factor according EnEV2014 i. V. m. DIN V 18599-1, 2011-12 to meet a maximum of 0.4.
The municipality Windeck makes pursuant to § 46 para. 3 EnWG known that the existing concession contract for the electricity distribution network of the general supply on the territory of the municipality Windeck ends on 31.12.2018.
Qualified energy companies that have interest in the conclusion of a new power concession contract with the municipality of Windeck are invited to express their interest in writing by 31/08/2017 at the designated contact point.
I reserve the right to take into account after that date expressions of interest received. A consideration after this date incoming expressions of interest is not promised.
