The tables should be able to easily move up and down and should secure the sides with full length side rails to ensure patient safety. The tables should have a foot control to safely operate the table's ability to move into proper position. In addition, the side rails will have to capability to move up and down. Currently our tables are unsafe as it is difficult for our patients to hop up on the tables while they may have a lower or upper extremity injury and may not be able to help themselves up on our high tables. TPocuremtn of these tables will eliminate this safety hazard with the capability of being able to adjust/lower to the needs of our patients.  No official training will be needed on the implementation of these beds as the orthopedic and podiatry techs have all encountered these beds through Orthopedic Schooling.
