Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Canada Coast Guard (CCG), requires building controls system upgrade for CCG Station at 370 Dalhousie St., Amherstburg, Ontario N9V 1X4.  SCOPE OF WORK Work of this Contract comprises of the installation of the new Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) and the integration of existing systems into the new EMCS.  COMPLETION TIME The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.  OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at CCG Station, 370 Dalhousie St., Amherstburg, Ontario.   Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.   Please contact the Contracting Officer prior to the site meeting to confirm attendance. Notice must be provided to Hodan Ahmed in advance of Optional Site Visit. Work of this Contract comprises of the following: - Removal of 285 m of steel guide rail. - Restoration of concrete curbs at 10 locations. - Removal of 18 of steel pedestrian barricade. - Design, fabricate, and install 20 m of new pedestrian barricade. - Supply and install 490 m of steel guide rail. - Supply and install 3 Steel Beam Energy Attenuating Terminals. - Design, supply, and install 22 m of chain link fence. - Supply andinstall 8 timber pile jackets. - Supply and install 100 polyethylene pile caps. - Fabricate, supply and install 52 pile bands. - Supply and install 36 m of heavy timber fenders. 2.
