The building of the Municipal Administration - Provadia has a floor area 1248 square meters and a total area 4236 square meters Introduced into service in 1975. The building consists of one body with four floors and one semi-underground floor, with two entrances - one from the east and the other west. The main structure of the building is reinforced with solid performance. In plan the building is rectangular. In the middle of the building on the first floor there is a meeting room. The building of the Municipal Children Complex - Provadia has a floor area 190.47 m2 and total area 507.70 m2 The building was built in 1921. The object is a third category. The construction is built of brick masonry on two floors plus usable attic and basement. It consists of bearing brick walls and wooden structures overlap. The construction has no concrete elements except input steps and the staircase. The roof is sloped wooden supporting structure covered with tiles, such coverage is compromised and does not perform its functions. The foundations of the building are made of stone masonry.
