The building of the Municipal Administration - Provadia has a floor area 1248 square meters and gross floor area of ​​4236 square meters was put into operation in 1975. The building consists of one body with four floors and one semi-underground floor, with two entrances - one from the east and the other west. The main structure of the building is reinforced with solid performance. In plan the building is rectangular. In the middle of the building on the first floor there is a meeting room. Below it in the basement there are no facilities and the excess middle zone is formed as an internal unusable roof. Vertical communication is done by elevator to the west staircase that serves the 4 floors, east central staircase serving the first and second floor and a second staircase east technical needs which serves all floors and the basement as the staircase opens onto the roof. In the basement there are technical rooms and boiler, and in the 4 floors are rooms, offices, technical and archive rooms.
