The Don Bosco Institute wants to expand its facilities on its site of Val d'Or in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre by the construction of a new building housing 3,450 m² of new classrooms and ancillary rooms dedicated teachers, 350 m² of PVC joinery workshop / ALU, 320 m² technical basements and local, with all the construction around 4100 m². As a corollary, the management wants to adapt the surroundings to enlarge the playground and build a courtyard of 250 m².
The building is meant high energy performance and is the classification zero energy building. It will consist of a frame steel / concrete, concrete floors and walls to wood framing. All the siding will be fiber cement.
The contract involves the supply of materials and services to the complete construction, general contractor of the building, structural work, technical and finishings as well as its surroundings.
