For the safety of ATC personnel, the breathable air system and its associated components require routine maintenance and emergency repair to ensure air supplied meets rigorous industry standards. II. Scope of WorkThe contractor will be responsible for both providing scheduled maintenance and performing unscheduled repairs on applicable equipment. The following outlines specific tasks to be completed within the scope of this contract:1. Scheduled MaintenanceThe following outlines tasks required as part of the scheduled maintenance for the ATC Paint Shop. Please note that the contractor is responsible for completing additional tasks as required by equipment manufacturer recommendations or other applicable industry standards.i. Martech Model 80 Breathable Air System Model ABM 700 CO Monitor Quarterly Maintenance The contractor will complete four (4) quarterly full service preventative maintenance on two (2) Martech Model 80 breathing air systems, to include two (2) Martech Model ABM 700 CO Monitors and air quality testing. 1. C.2 Requirement C.2.1 Calibrations C.2.1.1 The Contractor shall calibrate the fifty-one (51) affixed force transducers located on the eighteen (18) test frames. The Contractor shall ensure the force transducers are remounted and realigned to the recommended test frame based on the actuator capacity. The Contractor shall ensure that the calibrations comply with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) calibration standards. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-80 (2 March 2015). The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-16-T-0104. This requirement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335312 - Motor and generator Manufacturing, which has a size standards of 500. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment required procure, deliver, install and test a new 10KW generator IAW the attached PWS (Attachment - 1) and Technical Specifications (Attachment - 2). The service includes engineering design documentation, installation of the generator into a pre-existing dynamometer chassis (Attachment 3, Electrical Wire Diagram), electrical control panel upgrade (Attachments - 1 & 2), and operational testing. An open site visit for all prospective contractors, contracting officer, contracting specialist and customer POC will be held at Building 324 Aberdeen Boulevard, ACC-APG North, MD, 21005 from at approximately 1000 on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Vendors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. All questions will be answered by the technical POC or the contracting specialist at the site visit and subsequently published in a solicitation modification for all to see. The primary purpose of the site visit is to provide an opportunity for vendors to see the dynamometer chassis with current generator installation/configuration. *Site Visit Special Instructions- All vendors attending the site visit must enter the Route 715 (Aberdeen Proving Ground) gate and acquire a visitor pass. A visitor pass can be obtained with a valid driver's license and vehicle registration. Prospective Contractors will then proceed to Bldg 324 Visitor Control.
