This requirement is to purchase electrical boxes to power up and operate the Pearson front end equipment (mine plow and dozer blade) that mounts to the Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV) located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. These electrical boxes are critical to the support of the ABV vehicle product line. This is SOLE SOURCE procurement to Pearson Engineering Ltd. of New Castle, England. We encourage any firm that recognize these items and can provide supporting evidence in writing that they can provide these items to identify themselves. They may be considered for future requirements. North American Industry Classification System Code is 336992; size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically In accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. This procurement will be for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction type contract for one (1) year. Typical work will consist of maintenance repair projects, to include additional workplace lighting, additional electrical outlets, heating and air conditioning work, concrete jobs, additional restrooms for handicap workers, piping for plant compressed air, construction or demolition of partition walls, and changes to existing facilities for improved workflow and working conditions. This IDIQ contract will also produce high priority safety and environmental projects, new construction projects, and new equipment. IDIQ Construction Contract: During the contract period Anniston Army Depot will identify tasks required to complete each specific job and will issue task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs.
