All Building Fabric - Maintenance Repair and Minor New Works, Planned and unplanned maintenance services related to mechanical and electrical (M&E), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Fire Alarm Systems & Emergency Lighting work; in line with asset management plans and other capital work subsequently introduced. Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police are in the process of considering participation in a Joint Property Vehicle (JPV) that will support the requirements of a number of public sector partners in the region. If approved this might result in the creation of a new publicly owned company tasked with overseeing the management of public sector estates for the partners. This pioneering approach would be the first of its kind anywhere in the UK and would help protect front-line services and facilitate the development of innovative new service delivery approaches for the partners involved.
